Returns and exchanges.

Start a return by emailing admin.lumenest@gmail.com or messaging +91 72084 24666 with your order number, within 7 days of delivery. We will confirm the return address and arrange the pickup ourselves wherever the courier allows it.

Damaged on arrival? Send a photo or video within 48 hours and we will ship a replacement before anything else.
