Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. COD is available across India on every product, with no extra fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery is live across India today. UPI, cards and net banking are being switched on shortly - once they are, code PREPAID10 takes 10% off any prepaid order.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery takes 3 to 8 days depending on your PIN code, and most orders arrive in 4 to 5 days. Shipping is free on every order, everywhere in India.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships you will get a confirmation email with the courier's tracking link. If you would rather just ask a person, message or WhatsApp +91 72084 24666 and we will tell you where it is.
What if I am not home when it arrives?
The courier will normally call before delivery and re-attempt the next working day. If it keeps missing you, message us on +91 72084 24666 and we will rearrange it for a day that works.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Before it ships, yes - message us and we will change the address, the quantity, or cancel it outright. We dispatch in 24 to 48 hours, so tell us quickly. After it has shipped, use the 7-day return window instead.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Send us a photo or video within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship a free replacement first. If we cannot put it right, you get a full refund.
Can I return a product I changed my mind about?
Yes. You have 7 days from delivery, provided the product is unused and back in its original packaging. No arguments, no restocking fee.
How long does a refund take?
Once the returned product reaches us and we have checked it, refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders we refund by bank transfer to an account you give us.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We ship across India only - and everywhere we ship, shipping is free.
Are your product images real?
Yes. The product photographs show the actual product we ship, supplied by its manufacturer. The dark and cream panels on each page are our own design - they are there to explain the product, not to show it. We are replacing the manufacturer's photographs with our own as soon as our first units land.
