Refund policy
At Lumenest, every order carries a 7-day return promise.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for any product that is unused and in its original packaging. Write to admin.lumenest@gmail.com or call and WhatsApp +91 72084 24666 with your order number (it starts with LN-).
Damaged or defective items
Send photos or a short video within 48 hours of delivery. We ship a free replacement first. If a replacement is not possible, you receive a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
Non-returnable
Products damaged by misuse, or returned without their original packaging.
